Lead product strategy and lifecycle for an AI-enabled cybersecurity platform focused on threat detection, investigation, and response. This full-time role is hybrid, with two days on-site in Tel Aviv.
Responsabilidades
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Develop AI-powered security operations capabilities using generative AI, AI agents, automation, and analytics.
- Own product performance, including adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, competitive positioning, and growth.
- Develop MDR capabilities that improve security outcomes, analyst productivity, and operational scalability.
- Partner with security research, detection engineering, threat intelligence, and incident response teams to translate emerging threats into product capabilities.
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Assess market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities and guide investment.
- Engage customers and prospects to validate product direction and strengthen market positioning.
- Represent the product with customers, partners, analysts, and industry forums.
- Work with engineering to deliver secure, scalable, high-quality products.
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of product management experience, including 3–5+ years as a Director of Product Management or Head of Product.
- Deep knowledge of security operations, including MDR, SOC workflows, threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response, SIEM, XDR, EDR, and security automation.
- Experience defining and delivering AI/ML or generative AI products and capabilities.
- Strong technical background and ability to work effectively with engineering, data science, and cybersecurity teams.
- Experience building and scaling enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS products.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
- Fluent professional communication and presentation skills in English and Hebrew.
