Lead product strategy and lifecycle management for a Class III medical device company developing minimally invasive heart-support technology. This role connects customer and market needs with R&D and supports products from definition through commercialization and scale-up.
Responsabilidades
- Act as the interface between market and R&D, representing customer and user needs
- Define strategic and tactical product roadmaps, requirements, specifications, risks, hazards, and use scenarios
- Own the full product lifecycle from product definition through launch and scale-up
- Lead usability testing, ease-of-use verification, user-interface definition, and product characterization
- Lead product training and contribute to product marketing activities and materials
- Monitor competitive activity, including intellectual property, technical features, market performance, and marketing
- Support commercial products and collaborate with sales representatives, distributors, and customers worldwide
- Characterize product-related risks and hazards
- Procure accessories and off-the-shelf products for evaluation
Requisitos
- Master of Science in a relevant field
- At least 8 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, or shorter relevant R&D experience
- Experience with FDA submissions and FDA human factors or usability studies
- Experience defining user interfaces, product requirements, product specifications, and hazard analyses
- Experience presenting scientific and clinical data to advisory boards
- Experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from inception to scaled commercialization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience with sophisticated, data-rich products combining hardware and software
- Experience with cardiovascular or structural heart devices
- Experience with Class III medical devices or pre-commercial companies
- Experience in product marketing, marketing, business development, R&D, program management, or project management
- Native-level English proficiency
