Responsabilidades
- Gather business requirements and write product requirement documents for dashboards, reports, and data products.
- Design and document data models and ERDs for the data warehouse.
- Manage and prioritize the data backlog, balancing business needs, data sources, dashboard requests, and technical debt.
- Partner with data engineers on data models, warehouse architecture, and data processes.
- Own reporting and dashboard requirements from defining the business question through delivery.
- Review and validate data products for accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Maintain data documentation, including business definitions, source mappings, and a shared data glossary.
Requisitos
- About four years of experience in data product, BI product, analytics product, or a similar role combining product and data responsibilities.
- Experience writing product requirements and technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Practical knowledge of data modeling, including dimensional modeling, star schemas, normalization, and ERDs.
- Experience working with data engineers on data models, warehouses, or data products.
- Practical SQL skills for independently exploring data and validating results.
- Experience defining and reviewing reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and manage priorities and stakeholders.
Se valora
- Hands-on background in software development, data engineering, or data analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, industrial engineering and management, or a related field.
- Experience in a financial or fast-growing environment.
