Manage consumer electronics and hardware products for the local market, coordinating product plans, sales channels, pricing, promotions, and business performance.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor market trends, competitors, market share, and business opportunities; maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Localize product roadmaps, positioning, and sales tools; deliver product training and develop competitive action plans.
- Manage sales forecasts, orders, inventory, sell-in and sell-out, product transitions, and weekly business performance.
- Monitor market pricing, set local price positioning, and manage project pricing and product profitability.
- Manage distributors, sub-distributors, and key accounts; drive sales activities, stock levels, run rate, and channel performance.
- Develop and execute incentive programs, market development fund activities, promotions, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Report business updates, targets, and performance analysis to management, with action plans.
- Work with internal teams and partners and follow company policies and ethical standards.
Requisitos
- Experience in the consumer electronics market.
- Proactive, outgoing, and goal-oriented approach.
- Strong execution and ownership.
