Own the strategy and end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products for content intelligence, personalization, discovery, and creative tooling. Work with Data, R&D, Content, Design, and Engineering teams to turn user and content insights into shipped features.
Responsabilidades
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through design, development, QA, launch, and iteration.
- Set the roadmap for AI-powered content intelligence, personalization, and creative tools.
- Partner with Data Engineering and R&D to turn content performance insights into product features and decision-making tools.
- Lead AI-powered recommendations, search, and content discovery initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
- Scope, prioritize, prototype, and ship AI features from early concepts through production rollout.
- Define success metrics and run A/B tests to assess feature impact on engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Align Data, R&D, Content, Design, and Engineering teams on priorities and delivery.
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of product management experience, including at least 1 year working on AI/ML or LLM-powered products.
- Experience with B2C products and a strong understanding of retention and customer lifetime value.
- Experience shipping AI-driven features from concept to production.
- Strong analytical skills, including defining metrics and making data-informed decisions.
- Practical experience with AI agents.
- Experience with product requirements documents, user stories, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and the full product development lifecycle, typically in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Strong communication skills, including explaining technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
