Lead and grow a software verification team responsible for validating a developer-facing SDK and its APIs and libraries for networking and data center platforms. Own verification strategy, technical direction, automation priorities, release readiness, and collaboration across engineering and product
Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop a team of software verification engineers
- Design test plans and implement functional, integration, and system-level testing
- Define verification strategy, technical roadmap, and automation priorities
- Drive scalable C++ verification frameworks and automation infrastructure
- Partner with developers, architects, product managers, and DevOps teams throughout the software lifecycle
- Promote technical excellence, ownership, continuous learning, and engineering quality
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of managerial experience and 8 or more years of overall experience
- Hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle
- Strong background in modern C++, software architecture, and Linux-based systems
- Experience leading teams that develop automated test frameworks and software quality methodologies
- Strong communication, organization, and self-management skills
Se valora
- Experience with SDKs, DPUs, SmartNICs, GPUs, or data center infrastructure software
- Experience using AI tools
- Experience with CI methodologies and tools such as Git, Gerrit, or Jenkins
