Lead the development and production release of advanced switch ASICs, coordinating cross-disciplinary engineering teams from concept and architecture through tape-out, bring-up, qualification, and production.
Responsabilidades
- Lead ASIC development from concept and architecture through micro-architecture, design, verification, physical design, and tape-out
- Drive chip power-on, bring-up, qualification, and production release
- Define and implement execution plans with leaders across ASIC, physical design, firmware, software emulation, and related disciplines
- Contribute to the switch ASIC product roadmap
- Coordinate collaboration across unit-level ASIC, CAD, package design, firmware and software, DFT, system design, and analog design teams
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of experience in chip design
- At least 5 years of chip design or verification management experience as a second- or third-level manager
- Experience leading organizations of 50 or more engineers
- Proficiency in RTL design with Verilog, verification with UVM and SystemVerilog, system-on-chip design and integration flows, and design automation
- Strong system-level perspective and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
