Lead the technical development of new military navigation-system projects and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams working across hardware, RF, software, FPGA, algorithms, signal processing, antennas, ASIC/MMIC, and AI.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical management for multidisciplinary development teams
- Lead the development of new navigation-system projects
- Study emerging technical areas and identify external partners or subcontractors for new capability development
- Support the formation of development teams
- Introduce new development processes and working methods
- Work toward delivery schedules and high-quality development outputs
- Report to the CTO
Requisitos
- A degree in electrical engineering or physics
- At least 5 years of experience as a technical lead, systems engineer, or project manager for complex development projects
- Background in developing military systems
- Strong analytical ability and deep technical understanding
- Knowledge of hardware and software or algorithms
- Ability to independently learn complex subjects
- Good English proficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage teams
