Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of software engineers
- Drive architectural and technical decisions for scalable, performance-critical systems
- Own projects from design and implementation through deployment and continuous improvement
- Contribute to hands-on development, debugging, and performance optimization
- Define technical roadmaps with product, architecture, and R&D teams
- Build reliable software infrastructure for cellular network systems
- Promote code quality, design reviews, engineering best practices, and technical innovation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and align engineering stakeholders
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on modern C++ development experience
- Experience leading software engineers, technical projects, or development teams
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, multithreading, and performance optimization
- Experience with Linux environments and scalable software architecture
- Ability to lead technical initiatives from concept through production
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

- Experience with cellular networks, 4G/LTE, 5G, Radio, or Core networks
- Networking protocols and network architecture knowledge
- Experience with real-time, high-throughput, low-latency, or distributed systems
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, microservices, and containerized environments
- Background in cybersecurity, network intelligence, or monitoring and analytics platforms
- Experience in a technological military unit
