Manage manufacturing, integration, and installation of UAS ground control stations. Lead subcontractors, perform system integration, and support field operations at company and customer sites in Israel and abroad.
Responsabilidades
- Manage hardware subcontractors from design phases through system delivery
- Perform system integration and provide support at company and customer sites
- Lead and support manufacturing processes of ground control stations
- Work in the field at sites in Israel and abroad
Requisitos
- Practical Engineering diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in military systems integration
- Ability to read technical drawings and work with measurement equipment
- Experience in subcontractor management
- Good command of English
- Willingness to travel and work in the field at sites in Israel and abroad
- Systems thinking, ability to lead in a matrix environment, excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and fast learning ability
