Lead a software engineering organization of 5–8 Scrum teams developing software for networking hardware products and their production test systems. The role is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the Caesarea office.
Responsabilidades
- Lead 5–8 software development teams.
- Own the software development lifecycle from planning and analysis through design, implementation, testing, integration, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with product management, program management, hardware development, and production engineering stakeholders.
- Drive engineering excellence through continuous improvement of processes, tools, and practices.
- Lead technical discussions with customers and partners alongside the product team.
- Support team performance, engagement, and career development.
Requisitos
- Computer Science degree.
- At least 10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading multiple development groups.
- Experience developing software for custom hardware systems.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, principles, procedures, management practices, and support tools.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience with Linux.
- Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
