Lead a multi-team engineering organization in an on-site Tel Aviv office. Partner with product, design, and engineering leaders across multiple locations to shape product direction, develop managers and senior talent, and strengthen engineering culture and practices.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and grow a multi-team engineering organization
- Hire, coach, and develop engineers, managers, and senior technical talent
- Build leadership capacity and long-term career development plans
- Partner with product managers and designers on product direction
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering projects across international sites
- Set technical, cultural, and engineering practice standards for the Tel Aviv site
Requisitos
- Engineering background with the ability to build trust with senior engineers
- Experience hiring, managing, and developing engineering teams
- Experience managing and coaching engineering managers across multiple leadership layers
- Strong product judgment and experience partnering with product and design
- Ability to work effectively across distributed engineering organizations
- Customer-focused approach to product development
