Manage industrial automation, electrical systems, instrumentation reliability, and maintenance activities at an on-site manufacturing facility in Migdal HaEmek, Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes through automation initiatives
- Troubleshoot automated systems and verify alignment with engineering specifications
- Integrate electrical systems, electronics, PLCs, HMIs, and control technologies
- Support the design, programming, maintenance, and optimization of automation systems
- Lead preventive maintenance and compliance activities for site electrical systems
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities on electrical, instrumentation, and safety requirements
- Manage instrumentation reliability and calibration programs
- Analyze system performance data and identify process improvement opportunities
- Contribute to engineering projects supporting manufacturing modernization and growth
Requisitos
- Practical Engineer or Technician qualification in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Automation, or Software Engineering
- Valid Chief Electrician License
- Experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs and HMIs
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and control technologies
- Ability to interpret electrical, control, and instrumentation schematics
- Experience with Modbus TCP, Profibus, and Ethernet
- High level of written and spoken English
- Analytical and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment
- Flexibility to support operational needs outside standard working hours
Se valora
- Approximately five years of experience in a similar engineering or automation role
- Experience in process manufacturing
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or biotechnology manufacturing
