A biotechnology research organization is seeking a Ph.D.-level biochemist or protein engineer to lead a small team and support the development of multispecific antibody therapeutics, technology platforms, and pipeline programs.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and mentor a team of two to three researchers.
- Provide scientific guidance and support professional development.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to execute projects and meet milestones.
- Design and oversee experimental strategies for protein characterization across discovery and development programs.
- Plan and perform biochemical and biophysical assays evaluating binding, mechanism of action, and pharmacokinetic support.
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate experimental data for scientific decision-making.
- Track project progress against timelines and objectives.
- Maintain accurate experimental records and uphold scientific quality standards.
Requisitos
- Ph.D. in life sciences with relevant laboratory experience.
- Required experience expressing and purifying bispecific antibodies.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC or FPLC and chromatography-based analytical techniques.
- Strong experience characterizing therapeutic proteins using biochemical and biophysical methods.
- Experience assessing stability and developability of therapeutic molecules.
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, organization, and prioritization skills.
