A utilities-sector company is seeking a Tender and Contracts Manager to lead complex public procurement and contracting processes from initiation through supplier selection and contract management. The role is full-time and based at the company’s offices in Tel Aviv.
Responsabilidades
- Lead tender and contracting procedures from end to end.
- Write, edit, and review tender documents, eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, and contracting documents.
- Coordinate with professional, legal, financial, and engineering stakeholders.
- Prepare materials and present issues to tender committees.
- Manage clarification procedures, evaluate bids, and support supplier selection.
- Draft and manage contracts and commercial engagements.
- Manage multiple complex processes concurrently and meet deadlines.
Requisitos
- At least five years of professional experience in tenders and contracting, including at least three years directly managing or supporting tender procedures under Israel’s Mandatory Tenders Law and related regulations.
- Practical experience in a tender unit, procurement department, or legal department of a government ministry, government company, public corporation, local authority, or municipal company; alternatively, professional or legal consulting for public bodies on tender procedures.
- Experience writing or reviewing tender and contracting documents.
- Experience working with tender committees.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, economics, business administration, accounting, or public policy.
- Excellent Hebrew writing and communication skills.
