Responsabilidades
- Lead digital projects from initiation and planning through implementation, integration, testing, and go-live.
- Analyze and design business and operational processes.
- Translate business requirements into technological solutions.
- Write detailed business and functional specifications.
- Coordinate development, architecture, infrastructure, information security, data protection, and business stakeholders.
- Manage or execute system integrations.
- Coordinate tasks and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support system deployment and user adoption.
Requisitos
- Mandatory bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management with an Information Systems specialization, or Information Systems Management.
- At least 4 years of experience in systems analysis and/or project management.
- Experience writing business and functional specifications.
- Experience leading digital projects end to end through implementation and go-live.
- Experience working with development teams and technology stakeholders.
- Experience managing or executing system integrations.
- Strong business understanding and ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead processes across multiple stakeholders without formal authority.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously.
