Lead and manage a large-scale system and related projects for an enterprise technology organization. Analyze business and clinical needs, translate them into technical and AI-based solutions, and coordinate development teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout delivery.
Responsabilidades
- Independently lead and manage the system and related projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and challenges, prioritize requirements, and provide solutions.
- Analyze business and clinical needs and translate them into technical requirements and AI-based solutions.
- Define processes, data, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Understand system architecture and its underlying components and processes.
- Write detailed requirements specifications and development-ready documentation.
- Support and guide development teams from requirements analysis through development and implementation.
- Define tasks, track execution, and monitor project progress.
- Prepare status reports and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders, development teams, and vendors.
- Collaborate with information security, hardware infrastructure, and communications teams.
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of experience in technology project management and systems analysis.
- Experience managing projects; healthcare or clinical systems experience is preferred.
- Experience in systems analysis and a strong understanding of business processes and customer needs.
- Strong technical background and understanding of system architecture and its components.
- Experience with matrix management and driving employees and tasks.
- Experience working closely with development teams and vendors.
- Experience working with healthcare systems.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and maintain a broad systems perspective.
- Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
