A healthcare organization in Bnei Brak is seeking a Systems Analyst and Project Manager to lead remote disease-management and patient-monitoring solutions from initiation through implementation and rollout.
Responsabilidades
- Initiate, analyze, plan, and establish remote disease-monitoring and disease-management solutions for patients
- Manage digital projects from initiation and setup through implementation, deployment, and adoption
- Analyze and plan workflows and implement them through low-code configuration in a cloud system
- Work with architecture, development, information protection, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems-management teams
- Collaborate with business and clinical stakeholders across the organization
Requisitos
- At least four years of experience in project management and/or systems analysis
- Experience writing business and functional specifications
- Experience leading end-to-end digital projects from initiation through launch and implementation
- Experience working with development, information-protection, and other technology teams
- Experience managing or performing system integrations
- Strong business understanding and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate stakeholders without formal authority
- High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and systemic thinking
