A large healthcare organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead complex technology projects, analyze clinical systems, and implement AI tools across enterprise platforms.
Responsabilidades
- Lead complex technology projects from requirements definition through implementation and production launch
- Analyze systems and processes in medical and clinical environments
- Implement and integrate AI tools into organizational systems
- Work with information-intensive systems and analyze large volumes of medical data
- Connect internal systems, external vendors, and technology teams
- Coordinate with infrastructure, information security, data protection, and business stakeholders
- Define business needs and translate them into system and technology solutions
- Lead multiple interfaces and drive collaboration among professional teams
- Work with different organizational units and districts while understanding complex system processes
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of experience in systems analysis
- Experience managing and leading technology projects
- Significant proven experience implementing AI tools in enterprise systems
- Experience with complex systems and integrations
- Experience working with information-intensive systems and large datasets
- Ability to work with vendors, infrastructure, information security, and business stakeholders
- Strong systems-level perspective and ability to lead complex end-to-end processes
