Senior Systems Analyst and Digital Project Manager

Recruiting a systems analyst with project management experience to lead digital processes from business-needs analysis through implementation. The role is based in Haifa with hybrid work and is offered through an external employment arrangement.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze business needs and prepare functional specifications.
- Lead end-to-end digital projects, including schedules, risks, and change management.
- Define interfaces, permissions, reports, and automations.
- Support system integration and user acceptance testing and production launches.
- Coordinate with internal customers and UX/UI, development, infrastructure, information security, and testing teams.
Requisitos
- At least five years of experience in systems analysis.
- More than two years of experience managing projects.
- One of the following educational backgrounds: a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or industrial engineering and management with a systems information specialization; another bachelor's degree plus an advanced computer information systems course of at least 300 hours; or a practical engineering diploma in computers or technology.
- Strong leadership, business and technical understanding, communication, prioritization, and workload-management abilities.
Se valora
- Experience leading digital projects involving analysis, risk management, testing, and implementation.
- Experience specifying or implementing at least two of the following: SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SQL or Oracle, APIs, Active Directory or Entra ID, SAP or HR systems, reporting, and automation.
- Experience defining MVP scope and success criteria.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
