Join a cloud team in Jerusalem to analyze business and system requirements, design scalable solutions, and improve critical enterprise systems in a globally distributed environment. This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid work model.
Responsabilidades
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into solution designs
- Lead requirements discussions across Product, Development, QA, UX, Architecture, and Delivery teams
- Analyze business processes, systems, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain functional and non-functional specifications, workflows, acceptance criteria, system flows, and data models
- Support solution validation, testing, defect troubleshooting, and resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior analysts
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, solutions analysis, MIS, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements for medium- to large-scale initiatives
- Experience with alert monitoring, ticket management, or operational support environments
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience creating functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and Agile delivery artifacts
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, Architecture, and Operations teams
Se valora
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms or complex system ecosystems
- Familiarity with incident management, problem management, and service operations
- Experience supporting global teams and 24/7 business-critical environments
- Knowledge of data modeling and solution design methodologies
- Experience mentoring junior analysts or contributing to analyst communities of practice
