A growing Salesforce department is seeking an experienced professional to combine systems analysis, functional specification, and end-to-end project leadership across CRM initiatives.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze and define systems and business processes on the Salesforce platform.
- Lead projects end to end, from gathering requirements and understanding business needs through solution definition, implementation, and go-live.
- Write functional and technical specifications according to project requirements.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce-based technology solutions.
- Work directly with clients, users, and stakeholders to manage requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate with development, implementation, integration, and other professional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project tasks, schedules, scope, and dependencies while maintaining deliverable quality and meeting targets.
- Support implementation, testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
- Provide professional support throughout the system lifecycle and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to varied CRM projects based on client and project needs.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience managing projects and/or analyzing systems in Salesforce CRM environments.
- Significant experience in systems analysis and writing functional or technical specifications.
- Experience analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technology solutions.
- Experience leading projects from requirements gathering through implementation and go-live.
- Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and how to adapt the platform to business needs.
- Relevant education in information systems, industrial engineering and management, computer science, or a similar field.
- Ability to manage multiple interfaces and complex processes.
- Strong leadership, coordination, decision-making, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a systems-level perspective while focusing on details.

- Knowledge of integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional projects.
- Experience leading projects in large organizations or consulting and systems integration environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
