Lead the partnership between manufacturing operations and the IT division, shaping technology strategy and delivering business-focused solutions across plant and dairy facilities.
Responsabilidades
- Partner with plant, dairy, engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain leaders.
- Define and lead the manufacturing technology roadmap and prioritize initiatives by business value and readiness.
- Own shop-floor technology solutions and align them with SAP, data and AI, integration, and infrastructure platforms.
- Lead ERP and MES implementation, upgrade, and stabilization projects across company plants.
- Promote data, business intelligence, and AI solutions to improve decision-making, output control, equipment availability, and operational efficiency.
- Drive standardization and cross-site process improvements.
- Manage a professional team, external vendors, and related budgets.
