Lead end-to-end data solutions across DWH, BI, ETL, data modeling, and enterprise AI initiatives within a large and complex banking organization.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze business needs and translate them into end-to-end data solutions.
- Write functional and technical specifications for DWH and BI processes.
- Design data models and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners.
- Identify opportunities and lead enterprise AI solutions from concept through implementation.
- Build alignment across business, data, and AI teams.
- Present solutions, influence decisions, and support adoption of new capabilities.
- Lead cross-organizational initiatives and drive delivery of practical solutions.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience in BI or data systems analysis within a DWH environment.
- Significant experience specifying ETL processes and data models.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience leading or implementing AI solutions in an organization.
- Ability to independently take ownership of initiatives from discovery through implementation.
- Strong curiosity about technology and a proactive approach to identifying and advancing opportunities.
