Manage information systems, IT operations, infrastructure, business applications, and a small IT team. The role combines people management with hands-on technical delivery.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the organization’s information systems, IT infrastructure, and technology services.
- Lead and support a small IT team while providing hands-on employee IT support.
- Manage Microsoft 365 and enterprise cloud solutions.
- Oversee servers, endpoints, networks, communications, and information security.
- Manage business applications, including CRM systems.
- Manage monitoring and control systems, PBX systems, and telephony solutions.
- Lead technology projects and implement new systems and solutions.
- Support procurement of hardware, software, and IT services.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in information systems management.
- Experience managing system integrations and information systems integration projects.
- Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Experience with business intelligence systems.
- Experience managing monitoring and control systems.
- Strong knowledge of information security, access and permissions management, backup solutions, and business continuity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and learning skills with a broad systems perspective.
