A software company is seeking a Business Analyst in Tel Aviv to analyze customer requirements, design scalable business-system implementations, and support Agile technology delivery.
Responsabilidades
- Advise on functional approaches for implementing requirements
- Design and develop scalable implementations with API integrations
- Research customer requirements and document business and system specifications
- Support project managers, delivery teams, and principal consultants with solution delivery
- Define project milestones, phases, and delivery elements
- Challenge delivery assumptions and help ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
- Coordinate project-level analysis and maintain delivery documentation
- Manage project processes and drive continuous improvement in Agile technology delivery
Requisitos
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience gathering and analyzing customer requirements
- Ability to provide functional implementation guidance and identify process improvements
- Experience designing and developing scalable business-system implementations
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, SDKs, HTML, CSS, and Deluge
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, including change and release management
- Ability to create workflow diagrams, system specifications, use cases, sequence diagrams, scope matrices, future-state proposals, and UAT plans

- Experience in automotive, telecommunications, retail, banking and financial services, aviation, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing
- Knowledge of web technologies and popular open-source solutions
