Own and improve Salesforce and related business applications, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, automations, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
Responsabilidades
- Manage complex cross-functional projects from ideation and requirements gathering through deployment and optimization
- Translate business needs into technical designs and scalable Salesforce solutions
- Own system health, functionality, maintenance, and alignment with business objectives
- Configure, administer, enhance, and automate Salesforce across Sales, Service, and Marketing operations
- Design and manage API integrations and Workato-orchestrated data flows
- Identify business gaps and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and performance
- Implement AI-enabled workflows and tools across business applications
- Mentor and develop junior team members
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience as a business applications systems analyst or project manager
- Advanced Salesforce configuration, administration, and enterprise automation experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Orchestration, complex Flows, and advanced business logic
- Experience implementing AI-driven tools and solutions for business processes
- Proficiency with Salesforce APIs and integrations, including REST, SOAP, and event-driven integrations
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Workato or another specified iPaaS platform, with Workato experience required
- Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, asynchronous processing, data modeling, and scalable solution design
- Fluent English and strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical technical experience
