Lead the analysis, implementation, testing, support, and continuous improvement of a complex Priority ERP system in a full-time role.
Responsabilidades
- Lead detailed analysis of business processes across one or more ERP modules, from business-needs discovery through solution approval and implementation.
- Translate business requirements into practical Priority ERP solutions.
- Review functional specification documents.
- Manage and track implementation tasks within the area of responsibility.
- Participate in software planning, execution, and testing.
- Maintain training documentation and support its rollout to the IT support team and company employees.
- Assist with troubleshooting and ongoing system implementation.
- Contribute to ERP system improvement and expansion initiatives.
- Work with key users, information systems teams, and external software development and implementation providers.
Requisitos
- At least five years of experience implementing and deploying Priority ERP.
- Extensive experience with at least two of the following modules: procurement, inventory, sales and distribution, billing, or WMS.
- Proven experience leading an end-to-end business process in at least one relevant area.
- Programming knowledge in the Priority environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong service orientation and the ability to work with internal customers and software vendors.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
