Lead a global business applications team responsible for Salesforce and the broader go-to-market technology portfolio. Own strategy, architecture, delivery, governance, and adoption of AI-enabled workflows supporting Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, hire, and support the career development of the GTM Applications team
- Own the roadmap, delivery, and evolution of Salesforce and related business applications
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Professional Services leaders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Drive adoption of AI agents, automations, and AI-native workflows across go-to-market systems
- Establish governance, architecture, and delivery processes for secure, scalable, high-quality applications
- Manage vendors, licensing, and budgets, and evaluate emerging technologies
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams in business applications, Salesforce, or go-to-market systems
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and architecture
- Strong knowledge of modern sales tools such as Clay, Similarweb, Gong, or DealHub
- Deep understanding of go-to-market processes, including lead-to-cash, pipeline management, customer success, and marketing automation
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, and enterprise AI applications
