A technology company is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead implementation projects end to end, from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and adoption.
Responsabilidades
- Manage Salesforce projects across requirements gathering, analysis, planning, implementation, and deployment
- Work with internal departments and clients to gather needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Create detailed project plans and lead delivery against objectives and timelines
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, and operational rollout
- Manage risks, prioritize tasks, and maintain system quality and stability
- Work in an Agile environment using tools such as Monday.com
Requisitos
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce implementation projects
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Ability to write business and technical requirements documents
- Strong systems thinking and ability to analyze complex business needs
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with technical teams and clients
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
