An Israeli IT services organization is seeking a Salesforce Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end CRM implementations, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and optimize Salesforce using declarative tools and AI automation.
Responsabilidades
- Lead full-cycle Salesforce implementations from requirements gathering through post-launch support
- Configure Salesforce with declarative tools, including Flows and Validation Rules
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions
- Apply Salesforce security protocols, platform limits, and implementation best practices
- Use AI tools to automate and optimize business processes
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- At least 1 year of experience using advanced AI tools such as Claude Code or Agentforce for business-process automation
- At least two relevant certifications among Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant
- Strong proficiency with Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Workflows
