A defense manufacturing company is hiring a part-time Priority ERP Implementation Specialist to support, maintain, and improve its ERP system across the organization.
Responsabilidades
- Support, maintain, and implement Priority ERP for users across all departments
- Investigate and resolve system issues, including post-update and post-change validation
- Analyze user needs, configure workflows, train users, and document processes
- Manage users and permissions, including access control and login troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver system solutions for cross-functional operational processes
- Analyze and improve workflows, automate processes, and produce reports and controls
- Support engineering change processes and build bills of materials and engineering item records
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience implementing Priority ERP
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing company
- Knowledge of inventory, procurement, production, and finance modules
- Strong understanding of business and operational ERP processes
- In-depth knowledge of building bills of materials and engineering item records
- Experience gathering user requirements, providing support, and troubleshooting issues
- High-level English proficiency
