Large organization seeking an Information Systems Implementation Specialist to implement digital processes, train users, support CRM systems, and analyze business data.
Responsabilidades
- Implement information systems and computerized organizational processes.
- Train users and support the implementation of CRM and other systems.
- Analyze data using BI tools and Excel.
- Work with QlikView, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau.
- Create digital training materials, including instructional videos and guides.
- Gather and analyze client requirements and communicate them to the IT manager.
- Support report generation and data-driven decision-making using BI and big data systems.
- Identify organizational processes that could benefit from new computerized solutions.
- Work with more than 200 direct users and senior management.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience in systems implementation and training within large organizations.
- Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Experience delivering classroom and one-on-one training.
- Relevant academic background.
- Availability for full-time work, including non-standard hours.
