Join a professional services team supporting customers through software implementations and managed services engagements. Design tailored workflows, configure platform capabilities, guide adoption, and manage small to medium-sized projects in a hybrid Tel Aviv role.
Responsabilidades
- Lead AI transformation and software implementation projects
- Design and build tailored configurations, automations, reports, user-management setups, and intelligent workflows
- Develop workflow designs and relational data structures for complex business needs
- Use AI tools to accelerate solution design and automate business logic
- Plan and manage small to medium-sized projects, keeping deliverables on schedule and within budget
- Build relationships with client stakeholders and support successful product adoption
- Lead webinars, consultations, and product demonstrations
- Partner with technical resources on migrations and integrations
- Represent customer needs and influence product roadmap discussions
Requisitos
- At least 2 years of experience as an implementation consultant, managed services consultant, customer success manager, or technical project manager
- Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects involving hands-on building and system configuration
- Hands-on experience with generative or agentic AI tools
- Experience with project management, CRM, service desk, or collaborative work management software
- Strong project management, problem-solving, computational thinking, and systems design skills
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, including communication with client stakeholders and executives
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and adapt
Se valora
- Foundational knowledge of GraphQL APIs
- Experience with make.com or similar integration tools
- BA or BS degree
