Manage and lead training programs for luxury beauty brands in line with global strategy. The role combines headquarters work in Netanya with travel throughout Israel and delivery across retail, events, boutiques, and digital channels.
Responsabilidades
- Develop the training strategy for the luxury division
- Build training plans aligned with the strategy
- Prepare and operate training materials
- Translate training materials
- Update and publish learning content on digital platforms
- Deliver in-person and online training for networks, conferences, boutiques, beauty advisors, VIP events, and launches
- Organize launch and VIP events for beauty advisors, customers, and suppliers
- Give presentations and lectures to customers and suppliers
- Manage a mystery shopper project
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in Israel and abroad
Requisitos
- Mandatory experience in training and learning environments
- Knowledge and interest in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, and relevant trends
- Strong digital orientation and full proficiency with Office, especially PowerPoint
- Experience creating presentations and familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
- High-level English with the ability to translate materials between English and Hebrew
- Willingness to travel and work variable hours
Se valora
- A relevant bachelor's degree
- Professional makeup certification or experience in makeup, skincare, or cosmetics
- Knowledge of French
