Support and develop employee experience initiatives in collaboration with the Human Resources team. This full-time role is a maternity-leave replacement based in Netanya, Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Help build creative employee experience programs.
- Plan and produce employee events and activities.
- Analyze employee survey data and create action plans.
- Manage information and administrative processes related to employee experience.
- Work closely with the Human Resources team and multiple internal stakeholders.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience in employee experience and Human Resources roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Creativity, adaptability and enthusiasm for introducing new initiatives.
- Strong ability to work with information systems, data, Office tools and especially Excel.
