Lead the design and lifecycle of iLottery and iGaming games, from concept through launch and live operations. Set game direction and use player behavior and performance data to guide improvements.
Responsabilidades
- Lead multiple games from concept through launch and live operations.
- Define product vision, positioning, and success metrics for each title.
- Drive execution and maintain quality and commercial standards.
- Define and evolve core game mechanics in partnership with mathematicians, designers, and studios.
- Apply player psychology, monetization, and retention insights to game design.
- Own engagement, retention, and monetization performance; analyze player behavior and improve games.
- Guide studio creative and production direction and promote innovation across the portfolio.
- Ensure games meet regulatory and responsible gaming requirements across jurisdictions.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of product management experience focused on slot games, iGaming, or casino products.
- Track record of launching multiple commercially successful games.
- Expertise in iLottery, slot mechanics, RNG systems, and monetization.
- Strong data analysis skills for product decisions and growth strategies.
- Professional English fluency, spoken and written.
