A defense manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to manage divisional costing, labor rates, material allocations, inventory analysis, and financial controls while supporting complex business processes and international stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Manage all divisional costing activities and operate the costing system
- Control and analyze labor rates, including salary forecasts and effective-hours analysis
- Manage material allocation processes and analyze variances
- Lead reviews of company costing and cost structures with external bodies
- Monitor and manage rates with U.S. and European government and aerospace organizations
- Analyze data and provide economic and business insights
- Support quarterly closing processes covering inventory, allocations, rates, material and labor variances, and obsolete-inventory provisions
- Provide professional guidance to finance managers on cost, inventory, and financial issues
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent analytical skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- High-level English
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Ability to lead initiatives independently, learn quickly, and work under pressure
