- Support acquisition and divestment transactions.
- Manage and lead projects involving financial due diligence, business plans, and strategic analysis.
- Analyze companies’ business environments, growth drivers, and financial and operational performance.
- Prepare and present findings to senior management, boards, CEOs, CFOs, and private equity professionals.
- Collaborate with internal departments, international offices, legal advisers, technical experts, and organizational consultants.
