A global organization is hiring a Senior Project Finance Manager to own the financial and commercial performance of large-scale, complex projects. The role is based across Ashkelon and Rosh HaAyin, with two remote workdays per week, and requires collaboration with international stakeholders and a UK
Responsabilidades
- Own project profitability, revenue, costs, margins, cash flow, and commercial performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage customer and supplier contracts, negotiations, change orders, claims, and disputes
- Lead risk and opportunity management, including mitigation plans and value-creation initiatives
- Prepare financial models, scenario analyses, business cases, forecasts, and recommendations
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Manage foreign-exchange exposure and other financial risks
- Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Operations, and international stakeholders
- Drive process improvements, digitalization, and financial transparency initiatives
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 7 years of finance experience in a commercial organization
- Required experience working for a global company headquartered outside Israel
- Experience as a Financial Lead, Commercial Manager, Project Controller, Project Finance Manager, or in a similar role supporting complex projects
- Demonstrated ownership of the financial performance of a large-scale project
- Strong commercial understanding and project-management mindset
- Experience presenting financial results and business recommendations to senior management
- Experience with ERP, reporting, and financial information systems
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
