An advertising technology company is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in Tel Aviv to lead financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, stakeholder partnership, and finance process improvement.
Responsabilidades
- Own annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly budget-versus-actuals analysis for assigned departments.
- Partner with budget owners and senior stakeholders to provide insights, challenge assumptions, and support decisions.
- Analyze financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, including variance analysis and presentation of findings.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
- Establish and improve financial policies, governance processes, and controls.
- Own the Travel and Entertainment process, including policy management, compliance monitoring, reporting, controls, and employee support.
- Collaborate with Accounting on month-end and quarter-end close activities.
- Implement and optimize FP&A systems, planning tools, and workflow solutions.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve reporting and reduce manual work.
- Partner with R&D, Operations, HR, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Accounting on strategic initiatives and business cases.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses, strategic projects, and executive-level financial presentations.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, budget control, or finance business partnering.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and budget-versus-actuals analysis.
- Experience building financial models, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations.
- Experience implementing financial systems, planning tools, or process automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP and financial planning systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
