Lead financial planning and analysis for a global Academia & Government segment. The role owns performance management, reporting, forecasting, strategic analysis, and executive decision support while leading and developing an FP&A team. This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position based in Israel,
Responsabilidades
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial performance management, including P&L consolidation, reporting, variance analysis, and executive commentary
- Own reporting for net sales, ACV/ARR, retention, revenue, and customer metrics
- Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting for sales, revenue, retention, operating expenses, and capital expenses
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, data integrity, controls, dashboards, revenue analytics, customer insights, and efficiency
- Analyze sales, revenue, operating expenses, capital expenses, and variable compensation against plan and forecast
- Prepare monthly business reviews, board updates, executive presentations, and senior leadership materials
- Develop financial models and strategic analysis for commercial strategy, profitability, investment cases, and transformation initiatives
- Provide ad hoc analysis, recommendations, and decision support for senior leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop FP&A team members, including a Lead Financial Analyst
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 12 years of FP&A, finance leadership, or commercial finance experience
- At least 5 years of experience managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
- Experience managing revenue, sales, retention, expenses, and full P&L performance
- Expertise in financial strategy, complex modeling, forecasting, planning, and executive communication
- Ability to connect financial, customer, and operational data to support business decisions
- Ability to operate effectively across complex, global, and matrixed organizations
Se valora
- Master’s degree, MBA, CPA, CMA, or another advanced finance qualification
- Experience in subscription-based software or professional services
- Experience building scalable global reporting, dashboards, and performance management capabilities
- Experience with Power BI, AI, and advanced analytics
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or finance transformation
