An industrial company is seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to support financial management of projects and business units through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and support the financial oversight of projects and business units.
- Build annual and project budgets covering sales, costs, and cash flow, and monitor execution.
- Prepare financial forecasts, profit-and-loss reports, business performance reports, and quarterly financial reporting.
- Analyze cash flow, budget variances, and sensitivities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts and identify deviations.
- Manage project budget risks and support mitigation planning.
- Coordinate with program managers, production, engineering, procurement, subsidiaries, and other internal stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
- At least two years of experience in budget control and financial forecasting.
- Strong analytical ability, accuracy, independence, and business understanding.
- High proficiency with information systems, particularly Office applications and ERP systems.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and self-directed learning skills.
