Responsabilidades
- Shape the market business plan, value creation agenda, and resource allocation priorities with the Managing Director and leadership team
- Own financial performance management, including short- and long-term plans, forecasts, risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions
- Drive profitable growth through financial analysis, pricing and mix insight, portfolio support, productivity, and disciplined investment
- Lead cash generation and working capital optimization across inventory, receivables, payables, capital expenditure, and cash conversion
- Provide financial challenge and decision support to Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
- Maintain governance, risk management, internal controls, statutory compliance, and financial stewardship
- Lead Finance transformation and continuous improvement using technology, automation, standardized processes, and shared services
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of five Finance professionals
- Coordinate with Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Global Business Services, and the wider Finance organization
- Communicate performance, risks, opportunities, and key decisions to senior stakeholders
Requisitos
- Typically 10–15 years of progressive Finance leadership experience
- Experience with P&L ownership, commercial analysis, business planning, manufacturing and supply chain Finance, controls, compliance, and talent leadership
- Strong commercial, operational, technical, strategic, and analytical Finance capability
- Experience driving Finance transformation, continuous improvement, technology-enabled simplification, and standardized processes
- Ability to influence senior leaders and constructively challenge assumptions
- Strong enterprise mindset and ability to work across cultures, functions, and geographies
- Excellent communication skills with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
- High integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to governance, controls, and compliance
- Strong Hebrew and English skills
