Lead US tax consulting engagements for multinational clients, provide advice on complex tax matters, develop client relationships, and guide engagement teams.
Responsabilidades
- Lead engagement teams and provide US tax consulting services to multinational clients.
- Address complex tax issues and deliver tax analysis and recommendations.
- Lead client outreach, relationship development, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage cross-border federal tax planning, restructuring, controversy, and income tax accounting projects.
- Research federal and state tax legislation and assess its impact on compliance and consulting engagements.
- Coordinate with client tax and finance departments on tax planning and compliance data gathering.
- Supervise tax consultants and interns and manage engagement workflows.
- Provide leadership, counseling, and career guidance to engagement team members.
- Support implementation of tax structures and processes.
- Oversee complex tax computation projects for clients across diverse industries.
Requisitos
- At least five years of experience providing and leading diverse US tax consulting projects.
- Deep understanding of global and multinational organizations.
- Academic degree in accounting, law, economics, finance, management, or a related field.
- Strong executive presence and experience participating in strategic planning initiatives.
- Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Native-level English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
