Manufacturing company seeks a Junior Accountant to support accounting operations in a global, cross-functional environment. The role is based in Migdal HaEmek and requires strong Excel and ERP skills.
Responsabilidades
- Perform month-end closing and prepare journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, payroll, inventory, and other reconciliations
- Work with global teams on accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general accounting
- Manage and process supplier, authority, social security, employee fund, and other payments
- Prepare, review, and submit VAT and withholding tax reports, including reconciliations and exception handling
- Prepare cash-flow forecasts and cash reports, monitor receipts and payments, and analyze variances
- Perform bank reconciliations, resolve open items, and coordinate with banks, treasury, and shared services teams
- Support internal and external audits, including SOX, tax, VAT, and social security audits
- Manage fixed-asset records, classifications, tagging, and master data
- Monitor open cash, supplier advances, direct deposits, and internal and external reconciliations
- Perform inventory controls, investigate discrepancies, prepare reports, and support inventory audits
- Monitor accounts payable processes, including supplier invoices, import and export transactions, supplier balances, aging, and month-end close
Requisitos
- Relevant experience in a global, industrial, or highly cross-functional organization
- Practical experience with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, payments, VAT, withholding tax, and audits
- Knowledge of accounts payable, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, open cash, inventory, and cycle counts
- High proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong organization, accuracy, thoroughness, and ability to work under pressure
Se valora
- Bookkeeping certificate, Type 2 or higher
- High-level English and experience working in a global environment
- Experience with GBS and payment systems
- Strong Office and ERP system knowledge
