Lead accounting and financial reporting while improving finance processes through automation, data, and AI solutions.
Responsabilidades
- Manage monthly and quarterly close processes and support preparation of financial statements.
- Prepare financial reports and work with financial systems, including Oracle.
- Map finance processes and identify opportunities to automate accounting, collections, payments, and reporting.
- Design and implement improved workflows, including AI-based solutions.
- Document and analyze processes, define business requirements, and translate finance needs into technology solutions.
- Track tasks and processes to support effective execution.
- Define and monitor process KPIs; identify bottlenecks and lead improvements through implementation and impact measurement.
- Coordinate with external systems and technology vendors as needed.
Requisitos
- Previous experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
- Strong process-oriented thinking and ability to develop practical solutions.
- Interest in automation and AI tools; programming experience is not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
Se valora
- Familiarity with Oracle and monday.com or similar project management tools.
- Experience implementing automation or AI in a finance environment.
- Experience with Power BI, Python, or SQL.
