A digital printing technology company is seeking a Controller to support global accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, tax matters, and acquisitions. The role reports to the Finance Director and works with subsidiaries and cross-functional finance and corporate teams.
Responsabilidades
- Provide accounting and tax guidance to global subsidiaries.
- Develop, document, and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare and support accurate financial and management reporting.
- Support mergers and acquisitions and integrate acquired companies.
- Assist the Business Development team with due diligence and related activities.
- Coordinate with treasury, tax, FP&A, corporate, and other teams.
- Work with external auditors and advisors on audit, accounting, and financial matters.
Requisitos
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- At least 4 years of professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller in a global company.
- Experience in a Big Four high-tech department.
- Knowledge of preparing financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong OfficeSuite skills.
- Analytical, communication, influencing, prioritization, and judgment skills.
- Independent, detail-oriented, hands-on working style.
