Lead the finance department of a luxury hotel, reporting to the CFO and supporting hotel management, regional finance, ownership, and operational teams.
Responsabilidades
- Lead day-to-day finance department operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and business performance analyses.
- Manage budgeting, planning, forecasting, and budget-versus-actual analysis.
- Lead financial projects and provide strategic support to hotel operations.
- Prepare monthly reports for the hotel and regional network.
- Manage contracts, audits, analytical reviews, and compliance with corporate policies and international financial reporting standards.
- Reconcile VAT and support annual budget preparation.
- Coordinate with external auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Advise hotel departments on financial matters.
- Support procurement, inventory, and payroll processes while maintaining internal controls.
Requisitos
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Completed CPA internship at a mid-to-large accounting firm.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Advanced Excel and full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Priority ERP.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead complex cross-functional processes independently.
