Responsabilidades
- Manage accounts payable balances and process vendor invoices
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoice issuance and reconciliations
- Process travel and employee reimbursements
- Support monthly payments and maintain approval workflows
- Support month-, quarter-, and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare monthly and annual submissions to tax authorities
Requisitos
- Certified Bookkeeper Type 2/3 qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in high-tech companies
- Required experience with NetSuite
- Strong Excel and office skills
- High-level English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
